Master of Professional Accounting (Graduate entry)

The Master of Professional Accounting is designed for graduates from a non-accounting background.

It aims to provide students with the technical, practical, analytical and creative skills enabling them to effectively deal with accounting and finance issues.

These skills – combined with those developed in previous non-accounting studies – will make them a valuable asset to employers seeking accounting professionals who can communicate effectively with non-accounting personnel.


Master of Practising Accounting

The Master of Practising Accounting is designed for students who may already be established in a business career but do not hold an appropriate qualification.

Students will gain from better job performance in their current roles and the potential for new opportunities in the accounting and finance areas.

Master of Practising Accounting students undertake an additional four units to meet course requirements, resulting in a total duration of two years.

Successful graduates of both courses may be eligible to apply for membership of CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA).
